About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced Freelance Engineering Recruiter to join our team on an incentive-only model. This is a remote opportunity perfect for an independent recruiter with a solid background in engineering recruitment, especially in Chemical, Mechanical, and Electrical disciplines for full-time roles across North America.

Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and qualify top-tier engineering talent (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical) for full-time roles.
Utilize JobDiva ATS for end-to-end candidate tracking, job postings, and client communications.
Collaborate with internal recruitment leads and hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver high-quality candidates.
Conduct detailed interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
Manage the full recruitment life cycle — from sourcing to offer negotiation and closure.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in JobDiva and comply with client-specific documentation requirements.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of engineering candidates for current and future needs.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience through consistent communication and feedback.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of hands-on experience in recruiting for Engineering roles (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical – Full-Time Positions).
5+ years of experience with JobDiva ATS – must be highly proficient in using JobDiva for sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates.
Proven track record of successful engineering placements.
Strong sourcing skills using platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean search, and referrals.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
Experience working with US/Canada-based clients and understanding of local recruitment processes.
