Job description
Our client, a leading AI research and technology company, is looking to hire a Motion Designer in a remote capacity (PST hours preferred).
Pay Rate Range: $100/hr. to $135/hr. on w2, depending on experience
Responsibilities: Work Type: Remote (PST hours preferred) Duration: 6 months with potential to extend Travel: Occasional travel for meetings and shoots preferred Portfolio / Work Samples: Required Interview Process: 2–3 rounds We’re looking for a Motion Designer to anchor the visual motion language of enterprise video work. Across customer story films, product demos and how-tos, recurring interview series, event sizzles, and paid social cutdowns, video is how enterprise audiences see what’s possible. Most of this work is currently built bespoke, piece by piece. The opportunity in this role is to design the system underneath — and then build the tooling that lets editors and partners ship more, faster, without the work drifting apart. This role is ideal for someone deeply fluent in modern motion design platforms and comfortable leveraging AI tools to streamline and automate workflows where appropriate. We’re drawn to creatives with a warm, human-centered aesthetic and a strong point of view — especially those inspired by artful, unexpected, mission-driven brands rather than traditional corporate or B2B visuals. You’ll work closely with live-action video leads, in-house editors, and external production and animation partners. The work spans long-form films and short, kinetic, social-first cutdowns, covering everything from refined brand storytelling to high-volume templated output. What You’ll Do
