Lead Delphi Developer

Minneapolis, MN – Hybrid/Remote

6 Months Contract

Job Summary: Highly skilled Lead Delphi Developer to technically lead the migration of legacy Delphi 7 system, currently deployed as DLLs on Windows Server, to Delphi 12, which will be containerized and deployed on Kubernetes.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage the migration of Delphi 7 applications to Delphi 12.

· Design, develop, and deploy applications using Delphi 12, ensuring compatibility with Kubernetes.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment.

· Develop and maintain technical documentation related to the migration and deployment process.

· Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers on the team.

· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during the migration process.

· Ensure that best practices and industry standards are adhered to throughout the development lifecycle.

Qualifications:

· Over 10 years of Proven experience as a Lead Delphi Developer, with a strong background in Delphi 7 and Delphi 12.

· Experience with containerization technologies, especially Kubernetes.

· Strong understanding of Windows Server environments and deployment as DLLs.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Experience with other programming languages and frameworks.

· Familiarity with modern software development practices and tools.
