We are seeking professionals who have experience recruiting for various clinical and non-clinical positions, including:

• Nurse Practitioners
• Occupational Therapists (OT), Acute Care OT
• LPNs, CNAs, Home Health Aides
• Mammography Technologist – Outpatient
• Registered Nurses (RNs)
• Nurse Manager
• Director Nursing Services RN
• Clinical Patient Safety Manager with RN License
• Polysomnographer

Job Duties:

• Understand organizational needs, both current and future.
• Operate within a process-driven, data-focused environment.
• Meet and exceed individual and team recruitment targets.
• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like JobDiva to source and identify qualified candidates.
• Present diverse candidate slates for hard-to-fill, niche roles.
• Ensure a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the candidate pipeline.
• Develop a deep understanding of healthcare industry roles.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience in healthcare or engineering fields.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative problem-solving skills with a proven track record of innovation.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to thrive in a matrix environment.
