Key Responsibilities:
Operating Model Development & Leadership:
Lead the review and evaluation of innovative business models.
Redefine the future operating model, incorporating emerging technologies, refined service catalogs, and strategically aligned support teams.
Service Line & Workstream Oversight:
Design and oversee multiple service lines to ensure organizational alignment and streamlined operations.
Coordinate across a broad set of stakeholders, including business units, digital teams, compliance, legal, audit, and finance.
Change Management & Communication:
Develop and implement communication strategies and change management materials to guide teams through transition.
Ensure engagement and readiness across affected departments.
Policy, Metrics & Performance Monitoring:
Establish KPIs and performance metrics to monitor stakeholder satisfaction, adoption, and operational improvements.
