Healthcare Talent Acquisition Specialist (Experience with Permanent Hiring)

Location: Onsite / Remote / Hybrid (Pune, MH)

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Talent Acquisition Specialist to support permanent hiring for hospital-based roles. This position focuses on recruiting Director, Manager, and Supervisor-level talent across clinical and non-clinical healthcare functions.

The Healthcare Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of senior-level healthcare professionals, including leadership roles within hospitals and health systems. The ideal candidate has strong experience in permanent placement hiring, stakeholder management, and sourcing high-quality candidates in a competitive healthcare market.

Sourcing & Talent Pipeline

  • Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, ATS, and networking
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of healthcare leadership talent
  • Engage passive candidates and maintain long-term talent relationships

Screening & Evaluation

  • Conduct detailed candidate screenings and behavioral interviews
  • Evaluate candidates based on clinical, operational, and leadership competencies
  • Ensure candidate qualifications align with hospital standards

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (HR, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred)
  • 3–7+ years of healthcare recruitment experience (Permanent hiring)
  • Proven experience hiring for:
  • Hospital-based roles
  • Director / Manager / Supervisor-level positions
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare job functions and organizational structures

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with hospital systems or healthcare staffing firms
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms JobDiva
  • Strong network within healthcare leadership talent pools
