Key responsibilities
  • Data analysis: 
    Analyze spending data, track compliance and rebates, and develop performance dashboards to identify cost-saving opportunities. 
  • Sourcing support: 
    Assist with the entire sourcing process, including supplier identification, qualification, negotiation, and contract management. 
  • Market research: 
    Conduct market research to understand industry data, price benchmarks, and supplier capabilities. 
  • Process management: 
    Support and help execute strategic sourcing events, such as Requests for Proposal (RFPs). 
  • Contract management: 
    Monitor contract compliance, track savings, and ensure optimal price realization. 
  • Cross-functional collaboration: 
    Work with various internal departments like clinical operations, finance, and legal to support sourcing initiatives and projects.
