SFDC Tech Lead/Architect with SME in Health Cloud
Remote Role
  • SFDC Health Cloud was made available starting 2016
  • Candidate should ideally have 2 full life cycle implementations
  • Industry implementation use cases to look for:
    • Health Care:
      • Providers (hospitals, clinics): Patient care patient, physicians
      • Payer (insurance Client, etc.): claims management, member (physician) utilization, member enrollment
    • Life sciences:
      • Drug related support programs: Physician and Patient portals with Health Cloud CRM
      • Reimbursement Hub: administered by drug companies when they fill prescriptions directly with patient (similar to when an individual visits a CVS or Walgreens ot get their prescription filled)
      • patient assistance programs (PAP): drug fillment to patients with no means of purchasing high-cost drugs, which are given away by drug companies at no cost
