Job description

Position: Sr. DW Production Support Lead (On-Prem and Azure)

Location: Remote

Duration: 12 months

Job Description:

  • Must have 8+ years of experience in DW production Support
  • Should be good Azure, Databricks, SQL; Having Informatica knowledge will be an advantage.
  • Should have experience in leading production support for multiple DW application both on-prem and cloud
  • Managing teams spread across various regions.
  • Can be from any domain but preferred from Tax/Audit/Advisory experience not a must
  • Drive customer satisfaction across incidents and projects
  • Establish daily, weekly, and monthly governance structure with team members and customers and ensure that periodic account reviews are conducted, and critical issues are reported and addressed
  • Manage demand forecasting and report demand fulfillment against the forecasted demand
  • Mentor, train, and supervise staff.
  • Participate in Continuous Improvements Initiatives
  • Monitor and control delivery of a committed set of SLAs and Key Measures for a portfolio of customer applications cutting across various customer business lines
  • Must have knowledge in ServiceNow, Jira
