Logic Monitor Administrator

Exp: 4+ years

Job description:
  • Strong knowledge of monitoring technologies and strategies
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience in Deploy and implementation of monitoring solutions in On-premises, Cloud or Hybrid environments
  • Experience in Maintaining Monitoring infrastructure for highly available and disaster recovery configurations.
  • Experience in troubleshooting skills to resolve any monitoring issues quickly
  • Experience in working with Logic Modules, Customization and Dashboard deployments for customers
  • Configuration of Group structure, Thresholds, Alert Rules, Integrations, User management
  • Configuration for onboarding resources, services, Websites
  • Evaluation of new Applications and Monitoring Tools to suit customer environment and needs.
  • Coordinate with support teams to ensure effective delivery of monitoring services to the end-user
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge in programming languages and Rest APIs additional advantage
  • Certifications: LMCA, LMCP
