We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Traveling Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care across various healthcare facilities, adapting quickly to new environments while maintaining the highest professional standards. Provide direct patient care in hospitals, clinics, or long-term care facilities across assigned locations.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams.
Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and perform routine clinical procedures.
Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with facility and regulatory standards.
Adapt to different hospital systems, electronic medical records (EMR), and procedures quickly.
Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Uphold infection control, safety, and confidentiality standards at all times.
Education: Bachelor's or Associate degree in Nursing (BSN or ADN).
License: Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the practicing state(s).
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience (specialties such as ICU, ER, Med-Surg, or OR preferred).
Certifications: BLS, ACLS (and PALS or TNCC as applicable).
Excellent clinical judgment and patient assessment skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Adaptability to new environments and healthcare settings.
Proficiency with EMR systems and hospital protocols.
High level of professionalism, empathy, and teamwork.
