Job Title: AI Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions that solve real-world business challenges. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in machine learning algorithms, natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and deep learning frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement AI/ML models to support business objectives and innovation initiatives.

• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to integrate AI capabilities into applications and systems.

• Collect, preprocess, and analyze structured and unstructured datasets.

• Develop and optimize models for performance, scalability, and reliability.

• Stay current with advancements in AI research, frameworks, and tools.

• Deploy and monitor models in production environments using MLOps best practices.

• Document model development processes, performance metrics, and deployment details.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.

• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML model development and deployment.

• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or similar frameworks.

• Strong understanding of deep learning, neural networks, NLP, or computer vision.

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and MLOps tools.

• Knowledge of data engineering principles, including data pipelines and feature engineering.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with LLMs (Large Language Models) and Generative AI tools (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain).

• Familiarity with vector databases, prompt engineering, and model fine-tuning.

• Exposure to AI ethics, model interpretability, and responsible AI practices.
