Role Overview

We are looking for a Technical Manager to lead and guide our engineering teams, ensure high-quality deliverables, and drive technical excellence across projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of developers, architects, and QA engineers.
  • Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery within timelines and budgets.
  • Define technical standards, best practices, and ensure adherence.
  • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
  • Review code, architecture, and provide guidance on scalability and performance.
  • Manage resource allocation and resolve technical challenges.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend adoption where relevant.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
