Job Title: Project Architect

Reports To: Senior Architect / Design Director / Project Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Project Architect to lead the planning, design, and execution of architectural projects from concept through completion. The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure compliance with regulations, and deliver high-quality design solutions on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and development across all project phases
• Prepare and review drawings, specifications, and construction documents
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and regulations
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets
• Conduct site visits and oversee construction progress
• Address design changes and resolve technical issues
• Maintain quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle
• Support client presentations and approvals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
• Licensed Architect (preferred/required depending on region)
• 5–10 years of professional architectural experience
• Proven experience managing end-to-end projects
• Strong knowledge of building codes and construction standards
• Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
