Job Role: Sales Representative (B2C)

Compensation range: $454.22 AUD  / Monthly + Commission

Engagement type: Independent Contractor Agreement

Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with AEST business hours (approx. 2 PM - 9 PM) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have some flexibility in how you manage your time.

Preferred schedule: 5 working days including Saturday and Sunday, with 2 weekdays off
Weekend availability is required, with Sunday as non-negotiable
Alternative option (if needed): Sunday + 4 weekdays, with Saturday and 1 weekday off

Role Overview: We’re looking for a confident and highly motivated Sales Representative to join a growing remote team. This role is focused on engaging prospective customers, building trust quickly, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the enrolment process.

This is a high-performance sales role best suited for someone with strong closing ability, excellent communication skills, and the drive to consistently hit targets in a fast-moving environment.

This role involves learning the Victorian Australian curriculum, with training provided, so we’re looking for someone who can learn quickly and apply new knowledge with confidence.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Engage with potential customers through warm inbound leads only, with no cold calling or outbound outreach required.
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM and sales prospecting tools
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions and programs
  • Follow up leads consistently to move opportunities through the enrolment process
  • Confidently handle objections and close sales opportunities
  • Maintain accurate lead, pipeline, and enrolment records
  • Collaborate with the team to improve conversion rates and sales processes
  • Consistently work toward enrolment and revenue targets


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience
  • Strong experience using CRM platforms for inbound pipeline nurture (Hubspot, salesforce, Zoho, etc) 
  • Prior B2C sales or customer-facing experience is highly preferred. B2B experience may be relevant, but strong direct-to-consumer sales experience will be viewed more favourably
  • Strong closing skills with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
  • Exceptional English communication skills (spoken and written), with a near-native Australian, American, or highly neutral accent
  • Confident communicator who builds rapport quickly
  • Self-driven, competitive, and comfortable working in a target-driven remote environment
  • Strong follow-up discipline, organization, and time management


Must-have

  • Have genuine care, empathy and patience towards our students and parents. Recommend and sell only programs that will actually set them up for success. 
  • Have high attention to detail - cannot be consistently making errors in invoicing and scheduling prospects in the wrong class / time / location etc. This includes following up when supposed to. 
  • Highly receptive to feedback - hungry and motivated to learn and action feedback and advice when issued. 
  • Outcome driven: Ensure empty inbound pipeline for the day (until 9 PM) - no prospect left uncalled. 

Work Arrangement & Expectations:

This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement.

Commission Structure:

Base Salary: $454.22 AUD or PHP 20,000 per month
PHP 1,000 per enrolment for the first 100 enrolments each month
PHP 2,000 per enrolment for every enrolment beyond 100
