Job Overview

We are looking for a creative, highly motivated, and detail-oriented Social Media Content Creator to join our fast-paced, content-driven marketing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media, short-form content, and digital storytelling, with the ability to transform long-form videos into engaging and platform-specific content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.

This role requires someone who can think creatively, stay on top of trends, produce engaging visuals and captions, and contribute to audience growth and brand engagement through strategic and compelling content creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Repurpose long-form video content into engaging short-form content including Reels, TikToks, Shorts, graphics, memes, quote cards, and captions
• Create, edit, and schedule content across assigned social media platforms
• Monitor social media trends, viral formats, and audience behavior to keep content fresh and relevant
• Develop engaging written content such as captions, prompts, hooks, and short-form copy
• Engage with online communities through comments, polls, interactive posts, and audience responses
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content aligns with marketing campaigns and brand objectives
• Track content performance metrics and apply insights to improve future campaigns and engagement
• Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, or similar platforms to support content ideation, captioning, scripting, and visual concepts while maintaining strong editorial judgment
• Ensure all content follows brand voice, style, and quality standards

Daily Deliverables

• 3–4 Short-Form Videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts)
• 2–3 Graphic Posts (Carousels, quote cards, polls, static creatives)
• 2–3 Written Content Pieces (Captions, prompts, short-form copy)
• 1–2 Engagement-Based Posts or Community Interactions

Qualifications

• Must be based in the Philippines
• Excellent English communication and copywriting skills
• Proven experience in social media content creation and digital engagement
• Proficient in Canva Pro and familiar with CapCut, Descript, or similar editing tools
• Comfortable using AI tools for content ideation, drafting, and creative support
• Familiarity with content scheduling platforms such as Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or Adobe Express
• Strong understanding of platform-specific content strategies (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and manage daily content targets in a fast-paced environment
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and brand consistency

Nice to Have

• Experience with online community platforms such as Thinkific or Circle
• Knowledge of LinkedIn content optimization and engagement strategies
• Experience analyzing social media insights and performance metrics
• Familiarity with AI prompting for scripting, captioning, or visual generation
• Basic understanding of branding, marketing funnels, and audience targeting

Work Setup

• 100% Remote
• UK Time Zone required
• Must be comfortable using time tracking tools
• Immediate start preferred

Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
