Customer Business Partner CEE 

 

The Customer Business Partner is responsible for designating and driving agreed supply service level performance, effective customer‑centric decision‑making, and end‑to‑end oversight of S&OP planning in the market while ensuring financial, regulatory, and quality compliance; You bring strong customer and stakeholder relationship management capabilities as well as broad business and financial acumen and commercial expertise to create value across the supply chain and the wider organization.

 

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Take customer‑centric decisions based on trade‑off analysis (e.g., allocation management, logistics execution) to meet agreed service levels in alignment with the Commercial and Customer Fulfillment Champion;
  • Channel and follow through JVC customer feedback into Product Supply functions, acting as a champion within PS, and actively pursue external data points for further value creation;
  • Interface closely with local Commercial, Finance, Product Squads, Regulatory and Quality to ensure aligned, compliant and efficient end‑to‑end supply performance;
  • Proactively manage inventory with a cost‑conscious attitude, including write‑off management and adherence to financial targets;
  • Steer and own the S&OP process, including defining outcomes in local work orders, setting inventory targets and service levels, and ensuring alignment with market and global expectations;
  • Build strong relationships with the Commercial team and strategic customers to jointly manage customer relationships and collaboratively grow strategic accounts;
  • Work with the complete Customer team to ensure a seamlessly running supply chain that meets global standards, reflects customer needs in S&OP processes, and delivers service based on customer segmentation;
  • Harness and integrate customer and brand‑level market insights into forecasting models and enrichment to drive high‑quality, reliable forecasting, reducing bias and uncertainty;
  • Develop new use cases together with Data Scientists and the Supply Chain Analytics & Insights Lead to enhance decision‑making and supply chain performance.

 

WHO YOU ARE

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration;
  • 5+ years of management experience in supply chain or manufacturing;
  • Strong knowledge of Sales & Operations Planning, end‑to‑end supply chain management and business insights;
  • Strong leadership and negotiation skills;
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem‑solving skills;
  • Fluent English skills, both spoken and written;
  • Strong business acumen and financial knowledge;
  • Customer‑oriented mindset with the ability to manage complexity;
  • Courage to drive results in a transforming environment, working in 90‑day cycles, applying learnings quickly and continually developing.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Post‑graduate certificate in a supply chain management discipline;
  • Experience engaging with internal and external stakeholders such as regional and country commercial and supply chain teams, global business services, external consultants and auditors in a highly regulated environment.
