As a Vendor Administrator at Lithia & Driveway, you’ll play an important role in supporting the integrity and compliance of our vendor operations. This position is ideal for someone looking to build a career in Accounts Payable, Vendor Management, Finance Operations, or Auditing while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced corporate environment. You’ll partner across teams to maintain accurate vendor records, support reporting and compliance efforts, and help drive process improvements that support operational excellence across the organization.

Location: Medford, OR ( hybrid ideal, open to remote)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm PST

Compensation Range: $16.85-$24.05/hr, with a typical starting range of $20.00-$21.00/hr. Actual pay may vary based on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build and maintain vendor records while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Audit vendor data for accuracy and identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Collect, review, and verify certificates of insurance
  • Support year-end 1099 processing activities
  • Generate and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual vendor reporting
