  • Detect underlying issues during conversations and proactively address them, while maintaining detailed notes after each meeting for accurate records and progress tracking.

Employee Relations Specialist

Join Hyremote, a remote staffing company dedicated to connecting overseas professionals with American businesses. Play a vital role in the HR department, focusing on employee well-being and fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Employee Meetings: Conduct 10-15 individual 30-minute meetings daily with employees to assess their personal and professional well-being.
  • Relationship Building: Build trust and rapport with employees, ensuring they feel valued and supported.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Experienced: Minimum 1 year in counseling, therapeutic, or employee relations work involving one-on-one conversations, active listening, and resolving concerns. HR or employee engagement experience is a plus.
  • Education/Background (Preferred): A degree in Psychology (BS/AB Psychology), with credentials such as Registered Psychometrician (RPm), Registered Psychologist (RPsy), or advanced studies like Master of Psychology (MPsy) considered a plus but not required.
  • Interpersonal Excellence: Approachable, empathetic, and skilled at building meaningful relationships.
  • Observant and Proactive: Capable of identifying subtle cues and addressing concerns effectively.
  • Collaborative: Work seamlessly with the HR team to resolve issues and maintain employee satisfaction.
  • Skilled Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Solution-Oriented: Comfortable handling sensitive topics and fostering open dialogue.
