About Career Bridge Foundation

Career Bridge Foundation is a UK-registered Community Interest Company building capability verification infrastructure for global talent. We help candidates prove what they can do — not just what their CV says — through structured workplace simulations that produce credentialled portfolio evidence.

About the role

You will draft grant applications and funding submissions under the direction of the Grant Writing & Proposals Lead. You will research funders, write first drafts, refine based on feedback, and contribute to a steady pipeline of submissions across the contract period.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants to develop a career in grant writing within a structured, mentored environment, working on real submissions with real outcomes.

What you'll do

  • Research grant opportunities across UK, EU, African, and global funders
  • Draft grant applications under guidance from the Grant Writing & Proposals Lead
  • Refine drafts through review cycles
  • Maintain accurate records of submissions, deadlines, and outcomes in ClickUp
  • Contribute to a target of 3+ grant submissions per month across the team

How to apply

Submit:

  1. Your CV
  2. A brief cover note (no more than 200 words) on why you want to develop a career in grant writing
  3. One writing sample of your choice (any genre — we are assessing writing quality, not grant-specific experience)

Shortlisted candidates will be asked to complete a short writing exercise (60 minutes) before final interview.

Requirements

  • Self-directed and deadline-driven

Benefits
