  • Instruct on digital workflows (AI pre-vouchering, GoBD archiving) and cloud solutions like DATEV Unternehmen online; teach automation best practices and interface management between accounting, banking, and ERP.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Unterricht in einem intensiven Curriculum zu Finanzbuchhaltungs-Abschlüssen und Software-Zertifizierungen (z. B. DATEV-Anwender) für unsere erwachsenen Schüler:innen
  • Gestaltung der Unterrichtsmaterialien
  • Gestaltung von remote Unterrichtseinheiten - es spielt keine Rolle, von wo der Unterricht durchgeführt wird
  • Leitung praktischer Übungseinheiten zur Bearbeitung realer Buchhaltungsszenarien und Simulation von Abschlüssen in ERP-Systemen
  • Unterweisung in digitalen Workflows (KI-Vorkontierung, GoBD-Archivierung) sowie in Cloud-Lösungen wie DATEV Unternehmen online
  • Vermittlung von Best Practices zur Automatisierung und zum Schnittstellenmanagement zwischen Buchhaltung, Banken und Warenwirtschaft

Deine Skills

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Finanzwesen (z. B. Steuerfachangestellte:r, Bilanzbuchhalter:in) sowie fundierte DATEV-Zertifizierungen
  • Tiefe Kenntnisse in digitalen Buchhaltungs-Workflows, Cloud-Lösungen und KI-gestützten Automatisierungsprozessen
  • Erfahrung im Remote-Unterrichten sowie hohe digitale Affinität
  • Didaktisches Geschick, Geduld und Begeisterung für die Arbeit mit Menschen in Weiterbildung
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse für den Unterricht und die interne Curriculum-Entwicklung
