Roles & Responsibilities

  • 5+ years of experience managing enterprise-level customer technical relationships and 5+ years in technical pre-post sales
  • Knowledge of networking topology, TCP/IP, network configuration and components (firewalls, routers, proxies); familiarity with cellular networks including signaling (MAP, DIAMETER, GTP), roaming (SS7, GRX, IPX), core infrastructure (PGWs, STPs, HLR/HSS), and Remote SIM Provisioning (RSP), SGP02/SGP22
  • Strong project and time management skills with proven ability to work independently and in teams; exceptional business acumen and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with a proven track record of building technical business relationships and solving complex problems

Requirements:

  • Engage with clients throughout the sales lifecycle to ensure technical alignment, document requirements, assess product feasibility, and manage technical queries and support requests with customer success
  • Develop and provide technical collateral and training for product awareness pre/post sales; document opportunity/customer network design and coordinate with network/engineering to implement VPN, static IPs, and other elements
  • Collaborate with Pre-Post Sales teams to ensure customer requirements are understood and aligned with products/services; monitor issues/escalations and prepare weekly/quarterly reports
  • Manage projects with strong time management and communication, taking initiative to work independently or in a team to drive internal/external alignment

Description

  • Ongoing client engagement to ensure technical alignment. This will include pre/post sales technical issues, documenting technical requirements, and understanding the product's technical feasibility within the opportunity/customer environment.
  • Self-starter, proactive and ability to work independently when applicable a must.
  • Develop/provide technical collateral, and training for product awareness pre/post sales.
  • Work in close alignment with Pre-Post Sales teams to ensure technical requirements from customer are understood and aligned with the company’s products/services. This includes documenting opportunity/customer network design, internal alignment with network/engineering team to execute VPN, Static IP and any other technical elements to help support pre-post sales process.
  • Manage the customers’ technical queries and monitor support requests to ensure that the company’s products are meeting requirements while working in close collaboration with customer success to ensure internal alignment.
  • Prepare and communicate weekly and quarterly reports, including weekly technical issues/escalations.


Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing customer technical relationships at Enterprise level.
  • 5+ years of experience with technical pre-post sales.
  • Knowledge and experience of networking topology, TCP/IP protocol, network configuration and components (firewalls, routers, proxies, etc.)
