Role Overview

Lead-level role owning QA execution and release quality for ongoing releases, providing data-driven quality status, metrics, and release readiness recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own QA execution and quality for ongoing releases
  • Design complex test strategies and failure scenarios
  • Analyze complex issues across Linux, AWS, and container platforms
  • Drive sanity, regression, and end-to-end testing across teams
  • Lead database testing for consistency and edge cases
  • Define and report QA metrics for release readiness
  • Guide and mentor QA team members
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Release teams
  • Communicate release readiness, risks, and go/no-go recommendations

Required Qualifications:

  • 6–8 years of Functional QA experience
  • Proven QA Lead or release ownership experience
  • Strong understanding of QA metrics and reporting
  • Hands-on experience across web, mobile, API, DB, AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes
  • Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills
  • Experience using AI-based productivity tools
