Looking for Filipino (Philippines-based) candidates

Job Role: Meta Ads Marketing Manager

Compensation range: 1,800 - 2,000 AUD Monthly

Engagement type: Independent Contractor Agreement

Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 10 AM - 6 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.

Who The Client Is: A fast-growing Australian wellness and fitness brand focused on creating community-driven fitness experiences through Reformer Pilates, Barre, strength, and wellness classes. Founded by fitness industry veteran, the company has rapidly expanded across Australia and internationally through its boutique studio and franchise model. The brand focuses on delivering welcoming, results-driven, and community-oriented wellness experiences.


Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and creative Meta Ads Marketing Manager to support the company’s paid social advertising efforts across Facebook and Instagram.

This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns who enjoys testing creatives, improving campaign performance, and helping generate leads and brand awareness. You will work closely with the internal team to support marketing initiatives, monitor ad performance, and help drive customer growth across multiple studio locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Paid Social Advertising & Campaign Support

  • Assist in planning, launching, and managing Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
  • Support lead generation and promotional campaigns for studio memberships and brand awareness
  • Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and advertising metrics regularly
  • Help optimize campaigns through audience testing, retargeting, and creative adjustments
  • Conduct basic A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and campaign variations

Creative Coordination & Content Support

  • Collaborate with the team to create engaging ad creatives and campaign messaging
  • Suggest ideas for ad content, hooks, and promotional angles
  • Ensure ads align with the brand’s tone, style, and marketing goals
  • Stay updated on social media and Meta Ads trends

Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Prepare campaign performance reports and summaries
  • Track key metrics such as leads, engagement, and ad performance
  • Provide insights and recommendations to help improve campaign results
  • Help maintain organized marketing documentation and campaign records

Marketing & Operational Support

  • Support general digital marketing initiatives when needed
  • Assist with improving campaign workflows and marketing processes
  • Communicate proactively with the team regarding campaign updates and issues
  • Contribute ideas to improve customer engagement and online presence

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing Meta Ads campaigns or social media advertising
  • Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram advertising tools
  • Understanding of basic advertising metrics and campaign optimization
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and tasks effectively
  • Creative mindset with willingness to test and learn new strategies
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with fitness, wellness, lifestyle, or e-commerce brands
  • Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, or basic graphic design tools
  • Experience supporting Australian or international clients
  • Basic understanding of lead generation funnels and customer acquisition
