Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field
7+ years of SAP FICO experience with hands-on configuration and implementation leadership
Proven experience leading finance transformation projects and SAP FICO deployments across multiple business units
Strong knowledge of SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CO, Tax) and integration with other SAP modules; SAP S/4HANA experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Lead and manage SAP FICO implementation and upgrade projects across business units
Define and drive end-to-end finance transformation initiatives leveraging SAP FICO
Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external consultants to ensure successful delivery and alignment with business goals
Provide subject-matter expertise on SAP FICO processes, data governance, and system configuration to ensure accuracy and controls
