  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 7+ years of SAP FICO experience with hands-on configuration and implementation leadership
  • Proven experience leading finance transformation projects and SAP FICO deployments across multiple business units
  • Strong knowledge of SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CO, Tax) and integration with other SAP modules; SAP S/4HANA experience is a plus

Requirements:

  • Lead and manage SAP FICO implementation and upgrade projects across business units
  • Define and drive end-to-end finance transformation initiatives leveraging SAP FICO
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external consultants to ensure successful delivery and alignment with business goals
  • Provide subject-matter expertise on SAP FICO processes, data governance, and system configuration to ensure accuracy and controls
