Roles & Responsibilities

Extensive proven experience configuring, maintaining, and supporting SAP Payroll systems (SAP HCM or ECP).
Deep knowledge of Belgian payroll-related social and tax legislation, including schemas and PCRs.
Experience or ambition to act as a Subject Matter Expert for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders in English and a valid work permit for the European country of residence (visa sponsorship not available).

Requirements:

Design and deliver high-quality system configurations for Belgian payroll, including analysis of schemas, PCRs, and wage components.
Analyze and resolve complex functional and technical issues related to overtime, Belgian social security calculations, statutory reports, taxes, and local allowances.
Lead workshops and document end-to-end configurations, guiding data migration processes during the rollout of SuccessFactors ECP.
Independently manage AMS support tickets from functional analysis to live deployment, with proactive status reporting to the AMS Cluster Lead.

De Functie

Wij zijn op zoek naar een ervaren Senior SAP HCM Payroll Consultant (België) ter versterking van de internationale SAP Consulting Practice. In deze uitdagende, volledig remote rol binnen Europa ben je verantwoordelijk voor complexe implementaties, strategisch functioneel ontwerp en kritische Application Management Services (AMS) ondersteuning voor toonaangevende klanten. Dit is een veelzijdige positie waarin diepgaande support en innovatieve migratietrajecten naar SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) samenkomen.

Belangrijkste Verantwoordelijkheden

Systeemconfiguratie & Ontwerp: Het ontwerpen en opleveren van hoogwaardige systeemconfiguraties binnen de complexe Belgische loonadministratie, inclusief diepgaande analyses van schema's, PCR's en looncomponenten.
Complexe Probleemoplossing: Het analyseren en oplossen van ingewikkelde functionele en technische issues omtrent overuren, Belgische sociale zekerheidsberekeningen, wettelijke rapportages, belastingen en specifieke lokale toeslagen.
Strategische Cloud Migratie: Het leiden van workshops, documenteren van end-to-end configuraties en sturen van datamigratieprocessen (opschoning en mapping) tijdens de uitrol van SuccessFactors ECP.
AMS & Support Excellence: Zelfstandig beheren van supporttickets van functionele analyse tot de uiteindelijke technische livegang, inclusief proactieve statusrapportage aan de AMS Cluster Lead.
Integratie & Testfases: Ondersteunen van technische teams bij integratie-eisen en het uitvoeren van grondige systeem- en regressietesten voor een vlekkeloze overdracht naar de beheerfase.

Functie-eisen

Ruime, aantoonbare ervaring met de configuratie, het onderhoud en de support van SAP Payroll-systemen (SAP HCM of ECP).
Diepgaande en actuele kennis van de Belgische sociale- en fiscale wetgeving omtrent loonadministratie, inclusief schema's en PCR's.
De ambitie of ervaring om te acteren als Subject Matter Expert op het gebied van SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
Sterke analytische vaardigheden en het vermogen om effectief te communiceren met stakeholders op senior niveau.
Uitstekende beheersing van de Engelse taal; bereidheid om te werken conform de Belgische kantoortijden.
Een geldige werkvergunning voor het Europese land waar je verblijft (visumsponsoring is niet mogelijk).
