Roles & Responsibilities

  • CRO/Personalisation leadership with experience managing strategic client accounts and driving conversion rate optimization initiatives, including expertise in A/B testing, multivariate testing, and data-driven optimization across digital channels
  • Strong understanding of customer experience platforms, CRM, marketing automation, and configuration of systems impacting conversion funnels
  • Excellent analytical skills to interpret complex data (web analytics, user behavior, test results) and translate into actionable insights
  • Experience managing stakeholders, coordinating cross-functional teams, budgeting/forecasting, and measuring ROI of optimization initiatives

Requirements:

  • Lead conversion rate optimization initiatives across digital channels, including A/B and multivariate testing, personalization strategies, and data-driven optimization
  • Manage strategic client accounts as the CRO/personalisation lead and coordinate stakeholders across cross-functional teams to deliver ROI-aligned projects
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and analytics to optimize customer journeys in CRM/marketing automation platforms and configure systems affecting conversion funnels
  • Analyze web analytics and user behavior, interpret test results, and translate insights into actionable optimization recommendations and business value

Required Skills:

  • CRO & Personalisation Lead with strong experience managing strategic client accounts and driving conversion rate optimization initiatives
  • Proven expertise in A/B testing, multivariate testing, personalization strategies, and data-driven optimization across digital channels
  • Solid understanding of customer experience platforms, CRM, marketing automation, and configuration of systems impacting conversion funnels
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data (web analytics, user behavior, test results) and generate actionable insights
  • Experience managing stakeholders, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering projects aligned with business and ROI goals
  • Commercial mindset with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and measuring performance impact of optimization initiatives
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate technical and data concepts into business value
