Role: Senior UX/UI Designer
Location: World, Remote
Required Skills:
- Senior UX/UI Product Designer with strong experience delivering end-to-end digital experiences across web, mobile, and connected product ecosystems
- Proven ability to bridge UX strategy and UI execution, designing user journeys, interaction models, and high-fidelity interfaces for complex digital products
- Strong experience working with design systems, including component architecture, tokens, variants, and scalable UI patterns for consistent brand experiences
- Skilled in Figma with advanced proficiency in creating structured, scalable design files and supporting smooth collaboration and developer handover
- Experience working in automotive or complex enterprise environments, adapting quickly to domain-specific challenges and stakeholder needs
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior product, engineering, and business teams while shaping product direction
- Data-driven and user-centred designer, translating research and insights into actionable design decisions and improved customer experiences
- Strong understanding of responsive and multi-platform design, including web, mobile, and in-car or connected device interfaces
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, clearly articulating design rationale, trade-offs, and recommendations across technical and non-technical audiences
