Role: Atlassian Support Consultant 

Location: 100% Remote, Europe

Required Skills:

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Atlassian products (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence)
  • Knowledge of Jira workflow configuration, permission schemes, and notification schemes
  • Experience in technical support and working with ticketing systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-focused mindset and excellent communication skills
  • Languages: English (good working knowledge)

Nice-to-have

  • Atlassian certification (e.g. Jira Administrator, Confluence Space Administrator) or ITIL certification
  • Knowledge of scripting languages such as Groovy or Python (e.g. for ScriptRunner)
  • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Familiarity with Atlassian Cloud and experience with cloud migrations
  • Understanding of REST APIs and basic integration scenarios
  • Experience with governance and compliance requirements in regulated environments
  • Language: German
