Two- or four-year technical diploma (engineering or fluid power preferred) or equivalent training/experience
2+ years of industrial or technical outside sales experience; value-added industrial sales experience preferred
Product application and troubleshooting experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation systems; experience with industrial customers
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, computer proficiency, valid driver's license, and willingness to travel overnight as needed
Requirements:
Develop and manage outside sales relationships with industrial customers and OEMs to drive growth in fluid power components and solutions
Provide product application support, troubleshooting, and technical engineering services including initial design support, subassembly, and kitted products
Promote and coordinate value-added services such as inventory programs and hydraulic repair
Collaborate with internal teams to identify customer needs, prepare proposals, and ensure on-time delivery; travel as required

Experience, Education and Skills
Two- or 4-year Technical Diploma with preference given to engineering or fluid power programs, OR equivalent training and experience
Fluid Power certification is a plus
2+ years industrial or technical outside sales experience
Experience with value-added industrial sales is preferred
Product application and troubleshooting experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation systems is preferred
Understanding and previous experience working with industrial customers
Ability to establish and maintain business relationships
Must have clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
Computer proficiency is required
Must have a valid driver's license
Overnight travel may be required
