Roles & Responsibilities

  • Completed technical apprenticeship with further education in Facility Management or a higher education degree (University/ETH/FH/HF)
  • Strong expertise in building technology, IT systems, and safety and environmental regulations
  • Experience with Facility Management software, building automation systems, and modern technologies
  • Fluent German and English; proven track record in team leadership and project management

  • Global responsibility for Facility Management across 16 offices, driving strategy, standardization, and continuous development
  • End-to-end accountability for building operations and safety across all global offices, including relocations and fit-out projects
  • Leadership and development of the global Facility Management function, including governance and best-practice frameworks, and stakeholder management (internal/external)
  • Budget responsibility with investment governance, cost monitoring, and driving efficiency and cost-reduction through process optimization and digitalization

How you will make an impact 

  • Global responsibility (16 offices worldwide) for Facility Management – driving strategy, standardization, and continuous development across all locations 
  • Strategic group-level role with a strong focus on project management, relocations, and stakeholder management (internal & external) 
  • End-to-end accountability for building operations and safety across all global offices 
  • Leadership and development of the global Facility Management function, including governance and best practice frameworks 
  • Project management of office spaces worldwide – planning and delivering fit-out, renovation, and relocation projects 
  • Maintenance and operations management – ensuring high-quality execution and continuous improvement of all technical and infrastructural services 
  • Occupational safety and sustainability – developing and implementing policies, standards, and initiatives 
  • Budget responsibility – managing investments, monitoring costs, and implementing efficiency and cost-reduction measures 
  • Process optimization and digitalization – enhancing processes through modern Facility Management tools and technologies
