The Role

We are looking for a motivated, hands-on, and service-oriented People Operations Specialist to join our People and Culture team in Switzerland. This role has a primary focus on end-to-end People Operations across the employee lifecycle, while also supporting payroll coordination and related administrative processes.

In this role, you will ensure smooth People & Culture Operations and act as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers across Switzerland.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Support and manage employee lifecycle processes for Switzerland from hire to retire (onboarding, contract changes, and offboarding)

  • Act as a reliable point of contact for employees and managers on P&C administrative and employment-related topics

  • Prepare and maintain employment contracts and other personnel documents

  • Ensure a smooth and positive employee experience through high-quality operational support

  • Maintain and update employee records and manage our P&C systems

  • Ensure data quality, documentation standards, and compliance with internal processes

  • Support monthly payroll activities in collaboration with internal stakeholders

  • Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date payroll-relevant employee data

  • Assist with payroll-related reporting and year-end activities

  • Support communication with authorities and social insurance providers where required

  • Contribute to P&C reporting and contribute to the continuous improvement and optimisation of administrative processes

What is important to us

  • 2+ years of experience in People Operations in Switzerland

  • Hands-on experience across different areas of the employee lifecycle (contracts, onboarding, employee changes, offboarding)

  • Practical experience supporting payroll processes

  • Good understanding of Swiss social security and labour law basics

  • A structured and reliable working style with strong attention to detail

  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset and a strong service orientation

  • Fluent German and very good English skills
