This is a remote position.

Role: WMS Support Consultant
Experience: 3–5 Years
Location: Remote
Shift: US Shift

Key Responsibilities

Provide L1/L2 support for Körber/HighJump WMS applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve WMS production issues.
Handle incident management, user queries, and support tickets.
Coordinate with internal teams and clients for issue resolution.
Support warehouse operations including inventory, shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment.
Maintain documentation and ensure SLA compliance.

Required Skills

3–5 years of experience in WMS Support.
Hands-on experience with Körber/HighJump WMS.
Good understanding of warehouse management processes.
Basic SQL knowledge preferred.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in US Shift timings.
