Completed degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Engineering or a related field
Approximately 3 years of professional experience in a GxP-oriented company
Fluent in German (at least C1) and negotiation-level English
Good knowledge of project management and experience with electronic management systems and GxP applications

Responsibilities

Conduct consultations in the area of API, Pharma, Medical Devices, Cosmetics focusing on GxP, FDA, DIN EN ISO 13485 and 22716, EU MDR requirements
Operational involvement in projects and taking over project mandates focused on production, quality control, and quality assurance
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and conduct gap analyses, audits, and risk analyses
Develop and implement quality management systems in accordance with GxP standards

Zielsetzung der Stelle

Durchführung von Beratungen im Bereich API, Pharma, Medical Devices, Kosmetik mit Schwerpunkt der Umsetzung von Anforderungen gemäß GxP, FDA, DIN EN ISO 13485 und 22716, EU MDR

Hauptaufgaben

Operative Mitarbeit in Projekten / Übernahme von Projektmandaten mit Schwerpunkt: Produktion, Qualitätskontrolle, Qualitätssicherung
Betreuung und Beratung von Kunden in der pharmazeutischen, biotechnologischen oder Medizintechnikbranche
Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von regulatorischen Anforderungen
Durchführung von Gap-Analysen, Audits und Risikoanalysen
Entwicklung und Implementierung von Qualitätsmanagementsystemen gemäß GxP-Standards
Vorbereiten und Durchführen von internen und externen Schulungen und Trainings
Dokumentationserstellung
Vorbereitung und Unterstützung der Kunden während regulatorischer Inspektionen
Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams und externen Partnern

Voraussetzungen

Ausbildung

Abgeschlossenes Studium in Pharmazie, Biotechnologie, Chemie, Ingenieurwissenschaften oder einem verwandten Bereich

Berufserfahrung

Ab ca. 3 Jahren Berufserfahrung in einem GxP-orientierten Unternehmen
Sehr gute Kenntnisse der einschlägigen Regelwerke / internationale Standards, insbesondere GMP-Leitfaden, 21 CFR, ICH, EU MDR und weitere ISO-Normen
Erfahrung im Bereich Pharmazeutisches Qualitätsmanagement, wünschenswert: Validierung (Reinigung, Prozesse, CSV), Qualifizierung
Erste Erfahrung im Durchführen von Lieferanten-Audits
Erste Erfahrung in der Vorbereitung und Begleitung von behördlichen Inspektionen

Weitere erforderliche Kenntnisse

Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. C1)
Englisch: verhandlungssicher
Grundkenntnisse im Projektmanagement
Vorerfahrung im Arbeiten mit elektronischen Management-Systemen und GxP-Applikationen (eDMS, LMS, eQMS-Systeme)
Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
