This is a focused, outcome-driven position where you’ll own the brand’s digital presence, manage the centralized booking engine, and use a structural growth roadmap to scale occupancy and drive direct revenue.
You’ll be working directly with the Hotel Owner of a dynamic hospitality and short-term rental portfolio who:
Champions Innovation: Operates a modern, growth-oriented hospitality group that prioritizes multi-skilled, operational operators.
Values Your Growth: Provides access to specialized platform upskilling, clear trajectory milestones, and a dedicated Success Manager (CSM) for professional coaching.

This is a core hybrid role covering digital brand strategy, booking engine optimization, and end-to-end campaign execution. You aren't just publishing static images; you are organizing a modern guest acquisition engine—mastering OTA listings, system data hygiene, content calendars, and email promotions to frame a compelling hospitality brand.
You’ll take the lead on:
Immediate Backlog Execution (Phase 1): Taking over all outstanding marketing tasks, establishing a streamlined asset inventory, and auditing social media, web content, and OTA listings for rapid optimization.
Digital Marketing & Brand Strategy: Developing and launching multi-channel digital communications across web, social media, email marketing, and paid ad networks.
Property Platform Ownership: Managing Resly and connected property hosting channels, organizing bookings, and monitoring real-time occupancy.
Direct Booking Optimization: Creating targeted email nurture flows and digital promotions designed to shift booking metrics away from third-party OTAs toward direct revenue.
Property Platform Health: Maintaining a 100% accuracy rate across booking tools, preventing double-bookings, updating pricing, and flagging immediate guest booking anomalies.
Proactive Campaign Integration: Routinely evaluating property performance, mapping out visual content, and launching property-specific campaigns directly with the owner's approval.
This Role Is a Great Fit If You:
Are a Hospitality Architect: You have a great ability to coordinate digital property workflows, aligning backend booking engines with frontend brand promotions to maximize commercial yield.
Are a Marketing & PMS Hybrid: You are equally comfortable reviewing content analytics and adjusting email collateral as you are navigating Resly or similar Property Management Systems (PMS).
Are a Revenue-Driven Partner: You don't just wait to be assigned a task; you look ahead at the reservation calendar, identify low-occupancy periods, and proactively build promotions to capture leads.
Have 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing and property coordination, preferably within the hotel, boutique accommodation, or AirBnb/short-term rental sector.
Are High-Accountability: You don't need to be chased for updates. You are highly reliable, possess meticulous attention to detail with booking systems, and treat the property matrix as your own business.
Communicate with elite fluency and professional hospitality confidence.
After 60–90 Days:
The Backlog is Eradicated: You have fully cleared out the legacy marketing task backlog, built a quarterly content engine, and audit-optimized all live OTA listings.
Production is Seamless: You are effortlessly balancing the weekly social and email marketing schedules while monitoring daily property platform movements.
Impact is Measured: Booking distributions show a measurable shift toward direct booking channels alongside an upward lift in macro occupancy rates.
Trust is Earned: The hotel owner relies entirely on your proactive strategy, system accuracy, and automated reporting to run the portfolio's commercial direction without close supervision.
