The Role
The Data Entry Specialist is responsible for assisting the Implementation Team in onboarding data into our various platforms. A Data Entry Specialist will analyze and interpret the data to meet the accounting needs of our clients.
Abstract, interpret, input, and analyze information in accordance with best practices for FinQuery’s suite of products
Meet or exceed daily production goals with a high degree of accuracy
Identify and communicate discrepancies and raise any questions for clients and lease accounting specialists as needed
Ability and willingness to adapt to changing requirements and projects
Maintain a detailed and organized storage system for lease information to ensure data entries are complete and accurate
Work and communicate effectively with other team members
Conduct all business by FinQuery policies and procedures
All other duties as assigned
The Expertise You'll Bring:
Data entry experience
Excellent oral and written communication skills

Ability to prioritize and multitask
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Gmail as well as Adobe Acrobat
