The Franchise Sales Executive is responsible for acquiring and growing multi-location franchise partnerships by selling BizIQ's digital marketing solutions at the corporate level. This is a strategic, relationship-driven role for a seasoned sales professional who thrives on navigating complex, multi-stakeholder deals, representing BizIQ at national franchise conferences, and closing high-value partnerships that drive large-scale adoption across entire franchise networks. OBJECTIVES

  • Identify, target, and close franchise brand partnerships at the corporate level, building a pipeline of multi-location enterprise opportunities.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers including franchisors, franchise marketing directors, and executive stakeholders across target brands.
  • Position BizIQ as a preferred or approved digital marketing vendor within franchise systems, navigating complex approval and procurement processes.
  • Navigate multi-stakeholder, long-cycle sales processes with precision — managing multiple contacts, timelines, and competing priorities across each deal.
  • Drive large-scale adoption across franchise locations once corporate partnerships are secured, collaborating with Account Management for seamless activation.
  • Represent BizIQ at franchise trade shows, conferences, and industry networking events — up to 25% travel required.
  • Develop and maintain strategic account plans for all enterprise-level opportunities, with accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Deliver compelling, customized presentations and proposals via phone, video, and in-person that clearly articulate ROI for franchise systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Product, and Account Management to develop tailored solutions for franchise partners.
  • Contribute to special projects and cross-functional initiatives that advance BizIQ's franchise vertical strategy.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • 5–10+ years of experience in enterprise, franchise, or strategic account sales with a demonstrable track record of closing large, complex deals.
  • Direct experience selling into franchise brands, multi-location businesses, or enterprise accounts strongly preferred.
  • Proven success navigating longer sales cycles with deal sizes of $50K+ and multi-stakeholder buying processes.
  • Experience attending and selling at franchise trade shows, conferences, or industry events.
  • Background in digital marketing, local SEO, SaaS, or related industries is a significant plus.
  • Demonstrated history of consistently meeting or exceeding quota in a metrics-driven environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred — or equivalent professional experience.
  • Ongoing sales training certifications (e.g., Sandler, SPIN Selling, Challenger Sale) are a plus.
