Job description

Visit.org is looking for a passionate and ambitious Sales Lead Generation Associate to join our team. The Sales Lead Generation Associate will be responsible for email prospecting, qualifying, and processing marketing leads for the Sales team and generating summarized reports of their key findings. The right candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, extreme passion for our mission, and the energy and discipline to come in and be a builder in a start-up tech environment. 

Please note: This is a remote, temporary contract role based in the Philippines. Preferred working hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PHT, with flexibility to attend meetings in EST time zone.

Please note: This is a remote, temporary contract role based in the Philippines. Preferred working hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM ET, with flexibility to work 8 hours daily.

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement strategies for capturing and generating new leads through the CRM.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align lead generation efforts and strategies.
  • Utilize CRM data to segment audiences and run targeted lead generation campaigns.
  • Set up lead scoring models to prioritize high-quality leads for follow-up by the sales team.
  • Manage and track inbound and outbound lead generation activities, ensuring proper follow-up.
  • Administer and maintain the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
  • Ensure the CRM is functioning efficiently, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing system support.
  • Customize CRM workflows, fields, dashboards, and reports to meet business needs.
  • Implement data governance strategies to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Monitor and analyze CRM data to improve processes and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Generate and interpret reports on lead generation performance, sales pipelines, and CRM data trends.
  • Provide actionable insights to sales and marketing teams based on CRM data analysis.
  • Track KPIs related to lead generation, conversion rates, and sales growth.
  • Use emails or LinkedIn messages to connect with prospects, schedule follow-up actions, and work closely with our nonprofit team to explore new strategies.
  • Explore and utilize tools to automate lead generation processes or work collaboratively with the team to learn and implement new automation strategies, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned, with a focus on continuous learning and adaptation.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience creating a report using Salesforce and HubSpot
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B lead generation, email prospecting or related research activities
  • 2+ years of experience using Salesforce, Hubspot, Apollo.io, or any related CRM and lead generation tools 
  • Basic knowledge of HTML coding 
  • Basic sales techniques to track, manage, and convert leads efficiently
  • Experience building cross-channel digital marketing campaigns is required
  • Professional experience to support research and organization of leads and identify high-quality prospects for the sales team
  • Written and spoken proficiency in English
  • Experience using Salesforce strongly preferred keeping info up to date in CRM
  • Ability to problem-solve and identify process efficiencies and improvements
  • Experience with or a strong desire to learn about tools and technologies that automate lead generation processes. 
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to stay motivated working remotely
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
