We are currently seeking Freelance Basque and Spanish linguists with strong technical expertise to join our expanding global linguist network. This role offers flexible, remote work opportunities where you can apply your linguistic skills on various technical projects, helping to deliver precise, high-quality localized content.

Role Overview

• Language combinations: English>Basque and English>Spanish (Spain)
• Project Types: Technical translation, MTPE, revision projects
• Content Type: technical, machines, devices, printers
• Work Arrangement: 100% remote, freelance, with flexible work schedule

Key Responsibilities

• Working on Translation, MTPE or Revision of technical content ensuring accuracy and clarity.
• Collaborate with project managers and other linguists to maintain quality and consistency.
• Provide feedback to improve translation processes and tools.

Requirements

• Native in both Basque and Spanish.
• Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, Engineering, or a related technical field preferred.
• Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in translation or localization.
• Open to work in WordsOnline, cloud-based platform developed by Acclaro.
• Strong knowledge of technical terminology and concepts (ideally with printers, imaging)
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate remotely.
