Roles & Responsibilities

  • Previous experience in ecommerce, customer service, or social media management.
  • Familiarity with eBay, Shopify, ShipStation, or similar ecommerce platforms; strong Excel/Google Sheets skills including formulas, sorting/filtering, and pivot tables.
  • Strong written English communication, organized, dependable, and detail-oriented; comfortable learning new software and online tools.
  • Experience with Canva, AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT), or basic graphic design is a plus; ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • Ecommerce Operations: Manage and monitor orders across marketplaces (eBay, Shopify); coordinate shipments via ShipStation; maintain inventory updates and product listings; monitor listing accuracy and optimize presentation; assist with promotional events on third-party deal sites and maintain related spreadsheets.
  • Customer Service: Respond to inquiries promptly; handle order issues, returns, refunds, and shipment tracking; maintain positive customer experiences and seller ratings.
  • Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and publish content on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn; engage with followers and DMs; assist with planning promotional posts and campaigns; TikTok experience is a plus.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Maintain spreadsheets for inventory, sales tracking, order management, and reporting; monitor and report on performance metrics; support data-driven decisions.

Role: Ecommerce & Social Media Coordinator
Compensation: Competitive Basic Salary
Benefits: HMO plus 2 Free Dependents, P1,500 Rice Allowance, Night Differential Pay
Work Schedule: 5-day work week, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EDT | 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM PHT (schedule may change after DST)
Work Setup: WFH



Responsibilities

Ecommerce Operations 

  • Manage and monitor incoming orders across eBay, Shopify, and other marketplaces 
  • Coordinate shipments and track orders using ShipStation 
  • Assist with inventory updates and product organization 
  • Create and update product listings, titles, descriptions, and pricing 
  • Monitor listings for accuracy and optimize product presentation 
  • Assist with promotional product events on third-party deal websites such as Woot 
  • Maintain spreadsheets for inventory, sales tracking, order management, and reporting

Customer Service 

  • Respond to customer messages and inquiries in a professional and timely manner 
  • Handle order issues, returns, refunds, and shipment tracking questions 
  • Maintain positive customer experiences and seller ratings

Social Media Management 

  • Create, schedule, and publish content on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn 
  • Engage with followers, comments, and direct messages 
  • Help grow brand awareness and online engagement 
  • Assist with planning promotional posts, product highlights, seasonal campaigns, and deal announcements 
  • TikTok experience is a plus, but not required

Qualifications 

  • Previous experience in ecommerce, customer service, or social media management 
  • Familiarity with eBay, Shopify, ShipStation, or similar ecommerce platforms 
  • Strong written English communication skills Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented 
  • Comfortable learning new software and online tools Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets 
  • Must understand spreadsheet formulas, sorting/filtering data, and pivot tables Ability to organize and analyze data using spreadsheets for reporting and operations 
  • Experience with Canva, ChatGPT, AI tools, or graphic design platforms is a plus Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities

Preferred Skills 

  • Experience with online marketplaces and order fulfillment workflows 
  • Basic graphic design or content creation abilities 
  • Knowledge of social media scheduling tools Understanding of ecommerce promotions and online sales events
