Job Title: Global Marketing Lead- Product Certification

Location: UK homebased

We have an exciting opportunity for a Global Marketing lead to deliver our Product Certification campaigns, and to lead and manage the wider Global marketing team. You will play a key role in the development of the Global marketing strategy and vision for Product Certification, aligned to enable the organization to achieve its strategic goals as part of the Regulatory Services BSI business. This is a full time, permanent role reporting to the Global Head of Marketing – Regulatory Services and is homebased with some travel.

Responsibilities:

  • Personally own, plan, and deliver Global Product Certification marketing campaigns, while leading and managing the Product Certification global marketing team to develop marketing campaigns with strong competitive value propositions, driving marketing excellence and supporting the achievement of Product Certification strategic goals.

  • Monitor and analyse the performance of own and team delivered marketing campaigns and channels, identifying areas for improvement and best practices to be shared and deployed across all regions for Product Certification campaigns, recommending improvements to maximise marketing effectiveness verses agreed KPIs.

  • Engage with and develop relationships with colleagues on a global scale to encourage collaboration in forming, understanding, and adherence to the global strategy.

  • Partner with external agencies and BSI colleagues to manage complex issues across the organisation and make decisions to define a clear path to success.

  • Maintain an inclusive culture that attracts, recruits, retains, supports, develops and motivates talented individuals to deliver quality work aligned with the marketing strategy.

To be successful in the role, you will have: 

  • Min 5 years Marketing Management experience.

  • A proven track record in developing and executing global marketing campaigns.

  • Knowledgeable in market trends, recognising the value of data sharing to identify, and exploit, new business opportunities, new markets.

  • Experience of working within a global matrix structure, and collaboration with teams who are typically geographically dispersed.

  • Marketing degree desirable but not essential.
