Consultant – JLL Consulting Practice

Join our growing Consulting Practice to develop data-driven real estate strategies that improve client performance and advance business priorities, including ESG initiatives. You'll conduct complex analysis, solve business problems, and work both independently and collaboratively on diverse client projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze client and market data to create project-specific deliverables

• Conduct complex analysis and synthesize findings into actionable insights

• Facilitate workshop sessions and support client engagement activities

• Prepare impactful presentations and reports using persuasive storytelling

• Support stakeholder management and communicate recommendations effectively

• Contribute to thought leadership initiatives on real estate and sustainability trends

• Apply critical thinking to solve complex business problems

Requirements:

• Fluency in English and French or German (written and verbal)

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or Accounting preferred

• 3-5 years consulting or industry experience

• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word proficiency

• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and communication skills

• Proven time management and team collaboration abilities

• Real estate, project execution, or consulting background

• Climate advisory experience (climate risk, decarbonization, ESG strategy) is an asset
