Job description

We are seeking the highly organized, detail-obsessed, content-loving Marketing Coordinator of our dreams to support SEO Sherpa’s brand marketing team.

If you get genuine satisfaction from keeping moving parts organized, maintaining pristine calendars, and building seamless marketing workflows, this role is built for you. You don't just want to tick tasks off a list; you care deeply about quality and have a genuine interest in what makes content work on search, social media, and beyond.

In this position, you will be the absolute engine behind the delivery of content across SEO Sherpa’s agency brand and our CEO-led profiles. Your day-to-day will involve bringing our content to life—coordinating with designers, setting up newsletters, managing content calendars, repurposing core material across channels, and executing thorough quality-checks before any asset goes public.

While you aren't required to be an advanced SEO technician, you should be deeply curious about digital marketing, comfortable experimenting with cutting-edge AI tools, and relentless about keeping our publishing pipelines running like clockwork.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Content Coordination & Publishing: Support the planning, coordination, and formatting of content across our core brand profiles and CEO-led channels, and our main company website built on WordPress.
  • Calendar & Asset Management: Own and maintain the content calendars, managing internal deadlines, assets, files, design briefs, trackers, and approval flows so nothing gets lost in the chaos.
  • Cross-Functional Syncing: Coordinate closely with our Marketing Manager, graphic designers, media managers, copywriters, and senior stakeholders to cleanly shepherd ideas from concept to live post.
  • Multi-Format Repurposing: Take core long-form assets and intelligently break them down/repurpose them into sharp, social-first formats across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and community platforms.
  • Rigorous QA & Scheduling: Upload, schedule, format, and strictly QA-check every link, caption, alignment, and tag to ensure flawless public execution.
  • Newsletter Delivery: Set up, test, format, and distribute our digital marketing email newsletters.
  • Community Support: Help grow and manage engagement within our exclusive channels like the Search Everywhere Academy and Agency Owners Club.
  • AI Integration & Development: Proactively leverage AI systems and specialized tools to draft initial content variants, optimize workflows, and maintain a consistent, scalable production baseline.
  • Performance Tracking: Keep track of baseline social and content performance insights to help the team evaluate what content is truly landing with our audience.

Note - this position is remote, but it requires collaboration with other team members. Applicants residing in time zones of 4 hours +/- of Dubai (GST) will be considered for that purpose.

Requirements

Is this role right for you?

If you answer "YES" to all of these, we'll be a great fit:

  • Experience: You have previous experience in content coordination, social media coordination, blog management, community management, or a similar digital marketing agency/B2B environment.
  • Attention to Detail: You have laser-sharp visual and written standards. You are the type of person who spots a broken link, a formatting inconsistency, or an off-brand alignment immediately.
  • Organizational Mastery: You have A+ project management instincts. You thrive when managing multiple moving timelines and don’t require supervisor micromanagement to meet recurring deadlines.
  • Social & Media Instincts: You are passionate about online culture, social networks (especially LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube), and content creators. You naturally understand how to make digital content clean, clear, and engaging.
  • Communication: Your written and spoken English is concise, sharp, and highly professional. You represent the brand brilliantly when collaborating with writers, designers, and managers.
  • Marketing Toolkit: You are comfortable working across modern workflow tools, scheduling platforms, and standard digital marketing stacks (e.g., Monday.com, Google Workspace, Buffer, GA4, GSC, Semrush).
  • AI Literacy: You are eager to utilize and scale your workflows using advanced AI tools (like Gemini) to streamline drafts, build efficiencies, and enhance consistency.
  • Autonomy: You are highly self-managing, proactive, and bring a solution-oriented attitude to the team. You don't wait to be chased for every next step.

Benefits

  • The opportunity to work with a talented team on an important mission.
  • Above-market salary + incentives.
  • Unlimited (paid) personal time off for vacation, sick, and wellness days.
  • Full-time, flexible hours, and the freedom to work from home (or anywhere else) within timezones of 4 hours +/- of Dubai.
  • Radical transparency across business metrics and information (we call this "open for business").
  • 100% company-paid health insurance.
  • When the company does well, so will you. 8-15% of the net profit gets shared amongst the team members—you included.
  • Regular training, professional workshops, and book purchases are covered by us.
  • Team retreats and meet-ups that bring together our remote-first workforce.
  • A fun work culture where we value your work and our business.
