Roles & Responsibilities

  • Proven experience owning client operations, client delivery, account performance, and operational execution in fast-moving outbound environments

Requirements:

  • Own client outcomes for a portfolio of 20-30 accounts, serving as the primary delivery and performance lead and proactively managing retention and churn risk
  • Diagnose and optimize campaign performance across cold email initiatives, troubleshoot deliverability and inbox placement issues, and ensure measurable outcomes (deliverability, engagement, replies, conversions)
  • Lead hands-on cold email execution by refining messaging, subject lines, CTAs, sequencing, and tooling while supporting troubleshooting during performance issues
  • Build and scale operational systems, playbooks, and SOPs; track SLAs, client health, delivery quality, and efficiency; drive cross-functional collaboration with outreach, engineering, and infrastructure teams

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Head of Client Operations to take full ownership of client delivery, campaign performance, retention, and operational execution inside a fast-moving outbound lead generation environment.

This is not a passive account management or project coordination role.

Client Ownership & Retention

  • Manage a portfolio of 20โ€“30 client accounts
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all delivery and performance conversations
