You’ll bring a holistic perspective - balancing business objectives, customer value, and technical realities - to design solutions that make complex workflows intuitive and delightful for fashion professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end design for a product area- from discovery and concept to delivery and iteration.

  • Work in product trios (Product, Engineering, Design) to define problems, validate opportunities, and shape product strategy.

  • Modernize legacy platform experiences by simplifying complex workflows and designing scalable, modular solutions.

  • Use data, user research, and business insights to prioritize impact and ensure alignment with company strategy.

  • Partner with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation and advocate for design excellence in execution.

  • Contribute to and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency and usability across the platform.

  • Mentor junior designers and contribute to team rituals and design culture.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in product design, ideally within B2B, SaaS, or platform products.

  • A strong portfolio showcasing complex system design, workflow optimization, and user-centered decision-making.

  • Experience designing within legacy or enterprise systems — you know how to balance modernization with technical constraints.

  • Skilled in collaborative product discovery, translating research and data into actionable design insights.

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills — you can clearly articulate design decisions to diverse audiences.

  • Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma, etc.) and familiarity with design systems at scale.

  • Comfort navigating ambiguity, aligning stakeholders, and iterating toward measurable impact.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in fashion tech, retail tech, or supply chain platforms.

  • Understanding of information architecture and data-heavy UI design.

  • Exposure to front-end technologies or a strong collaboration history with engineering teams.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Opportunity to reshape a core industry platform used by global fashion brands.

  • Work in empowered, cross-functional teams where design has a strategic voice.

  • A culture that values craft, curiosity, and long-term thinking over quick fixes.

  • Competitive compensation, flexible work, and professional growth opportunities.

Location: Spain

  • Perks & Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision and 401k plans

  • Collaborate with our teams across the world

  • Need a break? Flexible “My Time” policy - We want you at your best!
