Overview:

You Are:

We are searching for a highly motivated Configuration Analyst to join our team. As a Configuration Analyst, you will support basic configuration tasks within the iKA systems platform for assigned accounts. he analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate configuration of benefits, provider contracts, and pricing rules. 

 

The Opportunity:

  • Assist in configuring and maintaining iKA systems settings for claims, pricing, and benefits.
  • Support testing and validation of configuration changes.
  • Document configuration activities and assist with updates to system workflows.
  • Execute basic test cases and assist in identifying issues during configuration testing.
  • Support post-production monitoring and reporting. Maintain clear and accurate documentation of configuration tasks and decisions.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and escalate issues as needed.
  • Analyze data and assist in troubleshooting configuration issues.
  • Apply critical thinking to support resolution of routine problems.
  • Collaborate with senior analysts, business teams, and offshore resources.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to solution development.
  • Follow organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support audit and documentation efforts as directed.

Qualifications:

**The annual US base salary range for this position is $80,000 to $100,000. This salary range may cover multiple career levels at HealthEdge. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process and is based on a combination of factors including, but not limited to, your skills, experience, qualifications and education.
