We are looking for a Senior Genesys Developer to join our team and bring expertise that will contribute to the success of high-impact international projects.

As a Genesys Developer, you will participate in the implementation, configuration, and enhancement of customer experience and contact center solutions for an international client. You will work closely with technical and functional teams in a collaborative and dynamic environment.


✨ Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and configure solutions within Genesys platforms.

  • Participate in integrations with third-party systems and APIs.

  • Support the optimization of customer service flows and user experience.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

  • Collaborate with international teams and business stakeholders.

  • Document technical solutions and best practices.

  • Participate in project meetings and follow-ups in English.
