Requirements:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs; customize standard and custom objects to support contract and opportunity workflows
  • Design and implement REST/SOAP API-based integrations between Salesforce and CLM platforms; automate contract creation, approvals, and lifecycle updates; maintain synchronization between Salesforce and CLM contract records
  • Build integrations using middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato) and leverage Salesforce Platform Events to enable scalable quote-to-contract processes
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations and Legal Operations to optimize contract workflows, automate approvals, and improve data visibility and contract turnaround times

Job description

We are seeking a Mid to Senior Level Salesforce Developer with strong experience designing and implementing integrations between Salesforce and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms. This role will be responsible for developing scalable Salesforce solutions, enabling seamless contract generation and lifecycle workflows, and supporting enterprise sales and legal operations.

The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of the Salesforce platform, strong integration expertise, and hands-on experience connecting Salesforce with CLM systems such as Ironclad, DocuSign CLM, Conga CLM, Agiloft, Icertis, or similar platforms.

This role requires a developer who can collaborate closely with Sales Operations, Legal Operations, RevOps, and IT teams to streamline contracting workflows and improve automation across the quote-to-cash lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Development

· Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs

· Customize standard and custom Salesforce objects to support contract and opportunity workflows

· Implement scalable solutions that support enterprise quote-to-contract processes

CLM Integration & Automation

· Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and Contract Lifecycle Management platforms

· Automate contract creation, approvals, and lifecycle updates from Salesforce data

· Maintain synchronization between Salesforce objects and CLM contract records

· Support document generation and eSignature workflows

Integration Architecture

· Build integrations using REST / SOAP APIs

· Leverage Salesforce Platform Events

· Utilize middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, or similar

· Develop secure and reliable data exchange between systems

Workflow & Process Optimization

· Partner with Sales Operations and Legal Operations to streamline contract workflows

· Automate approval processes, clause libraries, and contract metadata tracking

· Improve contract turnaround times and data visibility

Quality & Governance

· Follow Salesforce development best practices

· Maintain code quality through version control and CI/CD pipelines

· Participate in design reviews and architecture discussions


Required Qualifications

Technical Skills

· 5+ years Salesforce development experience

· Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce integrations, and Salesforce API frameworks

· Experience integrating Salesforce with CLM platforms

· Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware integration

CLM Experience

· DocuSign CLM

Development Tools

· Git or similar version control

· CI/CD tools

Preferred Experience

· Quote-to-Cash or Revenue Operations systems

· Salesforce CPQ integrations

· Contract generation tools (Conga Composer, DocuSign Gen, etc.)

· Enterprise SaaS environments

· Legal tech and contract automation workflows


Soft Skills

· Advanced English and Spanish level

· Strong problem-solving ability

· Ability to work cross-functionally with legal, sales, and IT teams

· Excellent communication skills

· Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
