Your role in our team
As our new Project Coordinator, you will be a key team member responsible for assisting the Program Manager in various administrative tasks and coordination efforts throughout the project lifecycle. In this role, you will be responsible for organizing meetings, maintaining project documentation, tracking progress, and facilitating communication among team members to help ensure smooth coordination throughout the project lifecycle.

How you will make a meaningful contribution
Your key responsibilities include:

- Providing detailed updates to program manager and other stakeholders
- Provide data and support for reports and invoices (e.g. financial numbers and resource updates)
- Planning meetings and organizing project logistics
- In charge of the Confluence page update and communication flow
- Help in assigning tasks to team members (eg .in JIRA)
- Identify the potential risks and issues that may arise during the project
Bring your world class expertise into play
You are fluent in English both in writing and verbal at a professional level. Danish is an advantage but not a requirement. Moreover, we are also looking for a new colleague with the following qualifications:

- You hold a Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management or similar
- Good data understanding and ability to work with project-related data
- Interest in project management and project execution
- Financial understanding
- Experience with Excel and MS Project
As a person, you are proactive and structured, with the ability to take ownership of your tasks and follow through on agreed activities. You are detail-oriented and able to create overview in complex project environments, while ensuring that information is accurate, updated, and easy to access. You communicate clearly with different stakeholders and are comfortable coordinating across teams to support progress and successful project delivery.
