About the role

Our AI-powered sales technology client is looking to bring on a Deal Desk Coordinator to support our SMB renewal motion. This is a highly execution-focused role responsible for handling all non-customer-facing renewal operations.

At a high level, the contractor will process 20–50 renewals per month across a mix of auto-renew and standard workflows, ensuring all deals move cleanly from initiation through close. They will partner closely with their Account Manager, who owns all customer conversations and negotiation, while this role fully owns the operational layer.

This is a role built for someone who can ramp quickly, execute with precision, and operate independently while proactively flagging issues or edge cases.

Scope of work includes

  • Managing end-to-end renewal execution (Salesforce updates, contract generation, approvals, and close)
  • Ensuring accuracy across all deal fields, contract terms, and documentation
  • Generating and managing contracts via Ironclad
  • Coordinating internal approvals and tracking signature status
  • Executing churn updates and maintaining clean system records

  • Salesforce (primary system; majority of work lives here)
  • Ironclad (contract generation and management)
  • Slack (internal coordination and approvals)

What we’re looking for in terms of experience

  • 2+ years in Deal Desk, Sales Ops, or RevOps within a B2B SaaS company
  • Strong hands-on Salesforce experience (required)
  • Experience with a CLM tool (Ironclad preferred)
  • Highly detail-oriented and process-driven
  • Comfortable working asynchronously and operating with a high degree of ownership
